It's time to
fear less in midlife
As a woman and coach in my 50s, I understand how hard it is to navigate midlife. Your body is changing, your hormones are declining and your confidence is dropping, impacting your life, work and relationships. You often feel invisible. I am on a mission to empower women through clear coaching, giving them the tools to make positive changes so the next stage of their lives is the best stage yet.
My online coaching starts with analysing your lifestyle habits and creating a plan including nutritious meals, exercise routines and habit tracking - all focused on your midlife years. We will also assess any health issues and align them with a menopause tracker to support you with your doctor. The community will help you feel not so alone and the weekly check-ins will keep you on track. Expect guest speakers, useful resources and regular motivational, educational videos.
